Kerrie & Lee got married on the 24th March 2018. I’d seen them both recently at our unexpectedly snowy pre-wedding shoot! Fortunately the weather was fine on this day as I’m not sure that golf buggy would have got around the golf course quite so easily in the snow!
I joined Kerrie at her house getting ready with her bridemaids, her Mum and gorgeous little Olivia – who I knew from the pre-shoot would be a joy to photograph and who is certainly not shy of the the camera! Olivia was beyond excited to get into her princess dress and enjoyed every second of getting ready with Mummy – who incidentally looked amazing and totally radiant in her gown that had been especially adapted to allow for the perfect little bump (I still can’t believe that you were 7 months pregnant here Kerrie!!)
After spending some time with the girls I headed over to Bolsover church to join the groomsmen and guests arriving. Lee was busy greeting guests and excitedly awaiting the arrival of his beautiful bride. The arrival did not disappoint either and a few (happy) tears were shed. It was such a beautiful church to photograph in, and I’ve said it many a time before, but I do love the shot of the bride and groom having a little kiss in the doorway before going out into the world as the new Mr & Mrs.
After the group shots and a spot of confetti throwing we set off to Bondhay Golf Club – I’d visited the week prior & was looking forward to another ride in the golf buggy! I think Olivia enjoyed it nearly as much as me
The atmosphere was very laid-back inside the venue with the partying getting going pretty much from the off, the kids had a brilliant time on that smoky dance floor!!
I’m so happy for the 3 (soon to be 4) of you xx
