Amy + Lee

Amy + Lee got married on the 1st July 2017 surrounded by their family and friends and their two beautiful boys. The wedding took place at The Peak Edge Hotel In Chesterfield. I’ve been a few times here now and am starting to feel very at home. The setting is lovely and we were lucky to have a bright and sunny day. I joined Amy getting ready with her bridesmaids, everything was pretty chilled and at the time, Amy’s sister’s were busy steaming and ironing that veil – well done no creases evident in it! The men arrived shortly afterwards with Lee responsible for getting everybody in order with their suit, ties and flowers! The service was lovely with lots and lots of giggling & I love this. Afterwards we spent some time in the grounds being entertained by the magician and having some more photo’s. The wedding breakfast followed with some amusing speeches to entertain the guests ;) I had a great day and wish you all much future happiness x

Lucy + Arron

Lucy & Arron got married on the 17th June 2017 at the Wood Lane Countryside Centre in Sheffield. There was never a shadow of doubt in my mind that this wedding would be anything but as wonderful as it was. There was so much thought put into every little detail and it really did pay off, the whole setting looked just perfect. I joined Lucy and her bridesmaids getting ready at The Leopold Hotel in Sheffield, there was a lot of excitement and frantic looking for extra fans, this was a very hot day!! I left Lucy just after she had got ready and her proud Dad had first seen her, I love this moment. I dashed off to the Countryside Centre where guests were busy getting into position for the arrival of the bridal party. The ceremony took place outside in the glorious sunshine and Lucy & her bridesmaids arrived in the splendid VW vehicles courtesy of  VintageVolkweddings. It was a lovely relaxed and personal service perfectly pitched for this couple. After the ceremony the relaxed atmosphere continued with guests playing games & having a drink or two :) The wedding breakfast started with the speeches  – totally heartfelt and emotional in places. Afterwards people retired back into the sunlight for more lawn games and drinky poos! I also encouraged Lucy & Arron to wander amongst the nettles for some shots by the lake, I’m so pleased I did, I love these! It was such a beautiful wedding with every detail planned so thoughtfully. Lucy & Arron are such a happy couple, it was a joy to be around them x

Special mentions also go to Hollow Meadow Flowers for the beautiful flowers & KMR Bridal for the glorious bespoke headpiece.
